By accessing or using GlowUp AI, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

GlowUp AI is a consumer skincare tracking application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze user-submitted facial photos, detect potential ingredient conflicts in skincare routines, and surface lifestyle patterns that may correlate with skin condition. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to: — Provide accurate, current account information — Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account — Not share your account with any other person — Only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have explicit permission to upload We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these responsibilities.

GlowUp AI offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pricing: — $9.99/month, billed monthly — $59.99/year, billed annually (equivalent to $5.00/month) — 7-day free trial available for new Pro subscribers Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime from Profile → Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain Pro access until then. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with applicable law. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You agree not to: — Use the service for any unlawful purpose — Upload photos of anyone without their explicit consent — Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service — Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service — Upload content that is harassing, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights — Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service without our written permission

GlowUp AI is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. AI skin analysis scores are for personal tracking purposes only and are not a substitute for professional dermatological advice. Consult a qualified dermatologist for any skin health concerns. We make no warranty that any insight, recommendation, or score generated by the service is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific condition.

All intellectual property in the service — including software, design, trademarks, and AI models — is owned by GlowUp AI or its licensors. You retain ownership of the photos and content you submit, but grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and display that content solely to provide the service to you, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

Your use of GlowUp AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data including biometric photos. By using the service you acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlowUp AI and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Data & Privacy. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately and your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
